Description Position Overview Center for Family Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to enhance our remote therapy services. Work Environment This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a high standard of care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals who together work towards shared goals of patient improvement and satisfaction. This setting reflects our commitment to making mental health services accessible and convenient for our clients throughout Arizona. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mental health status and identify areas for intervention. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their personal goals and preferences. Provide individual and group therapy utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities suited to the individual needs of clients. Supervise therapeutic activities and ensure safe environments for engagement and participation. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational policies. Collaborate with local community programs to extend the reach of therapeutic services and oversee their integration into treatment plans. Offer crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support and resources to clients in distress. Patient Population / Client Focus As an LPC at our center, you will primarily work with a diverse client base that may include adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your role will focus on empowering clients through therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique experiences. You will also engage with families to facilitate healing and understanding within the family dynamic. Qualifications A Master's degree in counseling or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, including supervised clinical experience. Extensive knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective therapeutic relationships. Preferred Experience Experience working with adolescents and families, particularly in managing behavioral and emotional challenges. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methods is advantageous. Certification in trauma-informed care or experience working with trauma-impacted populations is a plus. Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from
USD 75,000
to 90,000, along with the potential for a sign-on bonus.
