Role Description:
Dynamic Counseling Associates (DCA) is seeking a "unicorn" clinician—a highly skilled, decisive, and clinically courageous therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is a unique hybrid position for a professional who thrives on variety and seeks to make a tangible impact. You will split your time between providing essential forensic counseling at the Northampton County Juvenile Justice Center and managing a diverse outpatient caseload at our private practice locations. We are looking for a clinician who is comfortable working with complex cases and possesses the clinical confidence to engage clients effectively while maintaining a trauma-informed approach. You are adept at collaborating with probation officers, caseworkers, and our internal clinical team. You are reliable, decisive, and possess a growth mindset—you know your craft, and you are eager to refine your clinical approach through ongoing supervision.
Qualifications:
Licensure:
Current PA license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in good standing OR Licensed or license-eligible in relevant mental health field
Experience:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field. Demonstrated experience in forensic counseling or high-acuity clinical settings. Experience and skill with conducting individual, group and family therapy sessions. Experience in a forensic or juvenile justice setting is a plus
Clinical Disposition:
Ability to hold boundaries, challenge maladaptive patterns, and navigate the complexities of the juvenile justice system. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Competitive salary starting at $55,000 and based on level of experience.
Flexible schedule:
We value autonomy and professional balance. This position offers a flexible 40-hour work week, provided you meet your minimum of 25 clinical hours. You have the flexibility to manage your own schedule to best meet your needs and those of your clients. Additionally, we support a hybrid service model; while many sessions will be in-person, you may conduct sessions via telehealth when appropriate and clinically indicated, provided the client's needs and treatment goals are supported by that modality.
