Turner Counseling is adding a licensed therapist to our small outpatient practice in Fayetteville. We are looking specifically for an independently licensed LPC or LCSW who wants the stability of salaried employment while retaining meaningful independence in their clinical work. This is not a high-volume therapy position. Our workload is designed around an average of approximately 25 completed client sessions per week , with the remainder of the workweek available for the documentation, coordination, consultation, and administrative work that comes with responsible clinical practice. Session totals will vary from week to week. Cancellations, scheduling changes, client needs, and normal caseload fluctuations are expected. We are interested in maintaining a sustainable average over time rather than expecting an identical number of sessions every week. The Position This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week W-2 position providing outpatient psychotherapy to adults and other clients appropriate to the clinician's areas of competence.

The position includes:

Approximately 25 completed client sessions per week on average A gradual caseload build during the first 90 days Dedicated work time for notes and other professional responsibilities A furnished private office EHR access Scheduling and administrative support Opportunities for clinical consultation A hybrid work arrangement with the majority of clinical services provided in person at our Fayetteville office We want clinicians to have independence in how they practice while also being dependable members of the practice. We are not interested in unnecessary micromanagement. We do expect timely documentation, good judgment, clear communication, and a willingness to consult when a situation warrants another perspective. Compensation and Time Off Base salary: $70,000 per year Additional benefits and support include: $200 per month health benefit stipend CEU and professional development reimbursement Two paid practice closure weeks each year, including one in November and one in December An additional flexible paid week after the initial ramp-up period Separate accrued sick leave Direct deposit twice monthly Practice-provided office, EHR, and administrative resources What We Are Looking For The right person for this role is an experienced clinician who can work with a substantial degree of independence without treating independence as isolation. We would particularly like to meet clinicians who: Take the quality of their clinical work seriously Exercise sound ethical and professional judgment Manage documentation and other responsibilities reliably Communicate directly when concerns or problems arise Know when to work independently and when consultation would improve care Prefer a smaller practice environment where professional relationships can develop over time Want reasonable clinical expectations rather than maximizing the number of billable sessions in a week Licensure Requirement Applicants must currently hold an Arkansas LPC or LCSW license allowing independent clinical practice and insurance credentialing . This position is not available to provisionally or associate-licensed clinicians, including LACs. Independent licensure is necessary because the clinician must be able to practice independently and participate in insurance credentialing for the role. Schedule and Location This is a full-time hybrid position based in Fayetteville, Arkansas . The role includes some flexibility in scheduling, but candidates should expect in-person therapy to make up the majority of their clinical work . This is not a fully remote position.
