About us Join us in our mission of Touching Lives and Inspiring Life, as we enter our 20th year in Hampton Roads! Full-time Licensed Mental Health Clinicians (LPC, LMFT and LCSW with Virginia license) needed to work at thriving local outpatient Christian counseling center in newly expanded Williamsburg office. Caseload will include children and families, as well as general population. GCC has 5 locations in Virginia as well as WFH/hybrid clinical opportunities. Voted Best Place to Work in Hampton Roads! Our excellent team of counselors will offer peer supervision and clinical support, along with strong administrative staff support that will remove the burden of admin and excessive paperwork to enable you to focus on your clients. Our group is credentialed with most insurance companies and offers comprehensive credentialing, marketing support, referrals, and excellent staffing for clinicians. Genesis has a strong reputation in our community for excellence in client care. We provide full schedules, administrative support, and all the benefits of being a W-2 employee.
