Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking Fully Licensed LPCs, LCPCs, LCSWs to join our dynamic team as 1099 contractors. In this role, you will provide expert mental health counseling services across a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, and via telehealth platforms. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges, fostering resilience and recovery. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering personalized, evidence-based care to diverse populations. As a licensed professional, you will utilize your skills to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions while adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical documentation. Duties Deliver specialized counseling services Document all patient interactions thoroughly in medical records while complying with HIPAA standards; utilize CPT coding for billing purposes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management plans and participate in clinical research or data collection initiatives when applicable. Requirements Active licensure in either Arizona, Nevada or Montana Strong telehealth experience with the ability to adapt counseling methods for virtual delivery platforms. Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for providing compassionate patient care in outpatient setting.
