Leadlight Counseling | Holland, MI + Virtual About Leadlight Counseling Leadlight Counseling is a growing private practice serving West Michigan with compassion, clinical excellence, and care that centers the whole person. We provide evidence-based, relational therapy to adults, children, adolescents, and families, helping clients find hope, healing, and connection. We are equally intentional about creating a practice where clinicians can do meaningful, excellent work within a supportive and collaborative team. Our therapists have the autonomy to develop a caseload aligned with their clinical strengths and interests while benefiting from consultation, professional development, administrative support, and connection with colleagues. Position Overview Leadlight Counseling is seeking fully licensed therapists in Michigan to join our growing clinical team in part-time or full-time roles. We welcome clinicians who work primarily with adults, children and adolescents, or a combination of populations. Clinicians may work fully virtually or provide a combination of virtual and in-person therapy at our Holland offices. In-person office space is available primarily during afternoon and evening hours. Regular evening availability is required. We are especially interested in clinicians who value relational, evidence-based care and want the autonomy of clinical practice alongside the support and connection of a collaborative team. Areas of clinical work may include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, identity, life transitions, parenting and family concerns, neurodiversity, and other areas aligned with a clinician's experience and interests. For clinicians working with children and adolescents, our Holland offices offer access to dedicated play therapy spaces and resources for play, sandtray, and expressive arts interventions. Child and adolescent clinicians should be comfortable partnering with parents and caregivers as an integrated part of treatment. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field Full clinical licensure in the State of Michigan, such as LPC or LMSW Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, children and adolescents, or a combination of populations Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based, relational, and trauma-informed care Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Commitment to ongoing professional growth, self-reflection, and cultural humility Regular evening availability Experience and areas of specialization may vary. We welcome clinicians who bring established expertise as well as those interested in continuing to deepen their work with particular populations or clinical areas. For clinicians interested in working with children and adolescents, experience with child development, family systems, neurodiversity, play therapy, sandtray, expressive arts, or parent and caregiver work is especially valued. Location & Schedule Both part-time and full-time positions are available. Clinicians may provide therapy fully virtually throughout Michigan or through a combination of virtual and in-person care at our Holland offices. Holland office space is available primarily during afternoon and evening hours, making these positions especially well suited for clinicians interested in maintaining an afternoon/evening in-person caseload or combining in-person work with telehealth. Regular evening availability is required for all positions.
