You're never the only clinician on a case. Psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, medication-management providers, and care coordinators are already part of the model. If a client needs psychiatric support, first-episode psychosis care, psychological testing, TMS therapy, Spravato, or child and adolescent specialty services, that referral happens down the hall, not through a stack of business cards. A real building, not just a login. The Dedham office is a fully equipped outpatient and telehealth site. Plan on two in-person days a week for clients who need face-to-face care; the rest of your week can be run remotely. Someone else handles the paperwork empire. Billing, credentialing, intake coordination, and scheduling are run by dedicated in-house teams. You show up, do clinical work, and go home. Your income doesn't evaporate when a client cancels.
