Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT to join our team in Phoenix or in Goodyear. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to individuals, families, and groups in need of mental health support. The ideal candidate will be able to see a minimum of 15-20 clients per week. I have a beautiful office in Scottsdale, Phoenix , Goodyear and Peoria.

Duties:

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions with clients using various therapeutic techniques.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide counseling services.
• Work with adults and/or pediatric clients to address their unique mental health needs.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Offer therapy sessions for individuals dealing with addiction or other mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Utilize medical terminology appropriately in documentation and communication.

Qualifications:

• Must be license eligible as an LAC, LMSW or LAMFT meaning have graduated and eligible to take the licensing exam.
• Preferred have a valid LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to work with children and adolescents is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work with couples and families preferred but not required
• Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health diagnoses.
