What You'll Do:

Empower Clinicians:

Provide exceptional supervision and mentorship to a team of clinicians applying for their clinical license (within 1-2 years). Guiding them in delivering Quality and Personalized therapeutic services.

Provide Psychotherapy Services:

Offer psychotherapy to individuals, and a population that you specialize in (ideally couples, families, or youth under 14 years)

Innovate & Collaborate:

Lead and collaborate with a dynamic team of therapists, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Clinical Therapist:

Hold a valid licence as a (LCSW) Clinical Social Work or (LPC) Licenced Profession Counseling in Georgia.

Experience & Expertise:

Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.

Compassion & Empathy:

A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care.

Team Leader:

Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing to a supportive and thriving team environment.

Technology Knowledge:

Has knowledge and ability to use Google Suite, and EHR Software.

Benefits:
