• Active LCSW or LPC license in the state of Maryland
• Minimum 2 years of therapy or counseling experience
• Experience providing one-on-one therapy sessions
• Clinical experience with anxiety counseling, trauma therapy, parenting counseling, and relationship therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous counseling experience in a clinical care setting preferredResponsibilities
• Provide one-on-one virtual therapy sessions to patients in Maryland
• Support patients with concerns related to anxiety, trauma, parenting, and relationships
• Coordinate scheduling directly with patients to maintain a flexible and efficient caseload
• Document sessions accurately and maintain timely clinical records
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while upholding professional and ethical standards
