Insight Guidance Group is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor to specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Crisis Prevention and Community (CPST) Psychotherapy services. Services are focused on improving overall mental health and addressing individual client needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health, mental health counseling. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing comprehensive patient care, training in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, and delivering evidence-based therapies within a supportive and collaborative environment serving the Medicaid Population. The counselor will be responsible for implementing treatment plans, engaging in crisis intervention, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.

NEW OPPORTUNITY

We are offering Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) training in October for interested CPST providers.

DBT Individual Sessions:

$65/hour

DBT Group Sessions:

$35 per client, per group Duties Deliver individual or group counseling sessions focused on behavioral health, mental health issues, and crisis management. Provide crisis intervention services to de-escalate situations effectively while ensuring client safety and well-being. Collect and document data related to patient progress, treatment outcomes, and behavioral observations in accordance with medical records protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information during all stages of care delivery. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in behavioral therapy. Utilize skills in conflict management and behavior management strategies to foster a positive therapeutic environment. Requirements Master's Degree required Active State License required (PLPC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, PLMFT, CSW) Social Work applicants must be registered with the State Board Must be able to commit to one weekof training before providing services Excellent communication skills Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient records at all times. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
