In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive behavioral health services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your expertise will support individuals facing mental health challenges, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. You will deliver evidence-based therapies, conduct mental health assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and ensure high-quality patient care through clinical documentation and case management. Responsibilities Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and treatment goals Provide individual, group, family, and youth therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, solution focused brief therapy etc. Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage acute behavioral or emotional episodes effectively and safely Develop comprehensive treatment plans aligned with clinical guidelines and patient-centered goals; regularly update documentation in electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver remote therapy sessions while maintaining HIPAA compliance and clinical ethical standards Maintain accurate medical records, ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards, ICD coding requirements, and confidentiality regulations such as HIPAA Qualifications Valid license as a Behavioral Health Professional (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent)
LIMITED LICENSE IS OKAY.
Proven experience working with children, youth, individuals and families. Strong knowledge of psychotherapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and trauma-focused approaches Experience with crisis management, behavior management techniques, medical terminology related to mental health care, and clinical documentation standards Proficiency in telehealth therapy platforms and electronic health records (EHR/EHR) systems; experience working in inpatient or outpatient settings preferred Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams; excellent communication skills; commitment to ethical practice in accordance with clinical guidelines and HIPAA regulations Join our team to empower individuals on their journey toward mental wellness!
