Flexible Caseload & Administrative Support Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Training & development Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC/LCMHC-A) (1099 Independent Contractor) NuLook Home Care Agency is seeking compassionate, licensed behavioral health professionals to join our growing team as Independent Contractors. This position provides outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families receiving behavioral health services throughout Wake County and surrounding communities. Therapists will provide evidence-based, person-centered treatment while collaborating with care coordinators, Peer Support Specialists, Community Living & Supports staff, and other providers to promote positive clinical outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed clinicians seeking flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact within underserved communities. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy. Complete comprehensive clinical assessments as appropriate. Develop treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration. Maintain HIPAA compliance. Follow NC Medicaid documentation requirements. Maintain professional licensure and continuing education. Attend required meetings as requested. Maintain professional liability insurance. Minimum Qualifications Required Active North Carolina professional license:
LCSW LCMHC LMFT
Licensed Psychologist Current NPI Active CAQH profile (preferred) Professional liability insurance Reliable transportation Valid Driver's License Ability to pass criminal background screening Preferred Medicaid experience Alliance Health experience Experience with trauma-informed care Experience with children and families Experience with serious mental illness Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Why Join NuLook?
