Salary:
$78,000 - $95,000 annually About Anchortees Health Anchortees Health Inc. is a growing Maryland behavioral health organization providing person-centered Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program services to adults in Baltimore. Our team supports individuals in strengthening daily living skills, increasing independence, connecting with community resources, and working toward meaningful recovery goals. We are seeking a Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to bring clinical expertise, sound judgment, and behavioral health leadership to our growing PRP team. Position Summary The Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor provides clinical support and behavioral health expertise within Anchortees Health's Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. This role works collaboratively with PRP staff and leadership to support appropriate assessment, rehabilitation planning, clinical consultation, documentation quality, risk identification, and coordination of services within the scope of the employee's Maryland license and Anchortees Health's approved program services. Responsibilities Provide clinical consultation and behavioral health expertise to support adult PRP services Participate in assessments and clinical reviews as appropriate within licensure and program requirements Support development and review of individualized rehabilitation and service plans Collaborate with PRP rehabilitation staff, resource coordinators, leadership, and external providers Identify clinical concerns, behavioral health risks, and changes in client functioning and ensure appropriate escalation and follow-up Support staff in understanding behavioral health diagnoses, symptoms, functional needs, and appropriate rehabilitation interventions Review documentation for clinical quality, consistency, and compliance as assigned Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in interdisciplinary case consultation and service coordination Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality Comply with HIPAA, Maryland Medicaid requirements, COMAR, organizational policies, and applicable professional standards Participate in quality improvement, staff consultation, training, and supervision activities as assigned Maintain an active Maryland professional license in good standing Qualifications Active Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in good standing Master's degree in counseling or another qualifying behavioral health discipline Experience working with adults with mental health conditions Strong understanding of behavioral health assessment, documentation, ethics, and professional standards Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a community-based behavioral health setting Experience in Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs, community mental health, Medicaid-funded services, or similar settings strongly preferred Experience supporting interdisciplinary teams preferred What We Are Looking For We are looking for a clinician who understands that recovery extends beyond diagnosis and treatment. The right person will be comfortable partnering with rehabilitation staff to help individuals strengthen functioning, stability, independence, and community participation while maintaining high standards for clinical quality, ethics, and documentation. Benefits This is a W-2 position. Anchortees Health Inc. currently provides five days of paid time off annually.
