Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Part-Time to Full-Time | Flexible Hours | Hybrid or In-Person Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing behavioral health practice. This position offers the flexibility to start part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time. We offer flexible scheduling with hybrid virtual and in-office work options to support both client access and work-life balance. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients. Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy as appropriate. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments. Coordinate care with primary care providers, psychiatrists, schools, community agencies, and other members of the client's treatment team as needed. Monitor client progress and modify treatment interventions based on clinical needs. Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and all applicable state and federal regulations.
Qualifications / Requirements
Education Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution. Licensure Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of practice. Additional credentials or certifications are a plus. Experience Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults preferred. Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities and electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred. Skills Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and therapeutic rapport-building abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills. Commitment to providing culturally responsive, client-centered care.
Pay:
$50.00 - $90.00 per hour
