Employee Compensation:

Starting at $50 per session, experience dependent. ($65,000-$95,000+ annually) Firefly Wellness is hiring for a full-time LCPC to join our growing Hinsdale practice and immediately inherit 6-10 weekly client appointments from an established caseload. Since 2017, Firefly has provided high-quality counseling services to individuals and families throughout the western suburbs of Chicago. We are seeking a clinician comfortable providing care across the lifespan, from adolescence through adulthood. This model supports continuity of care and stronger clinical outcomes for both clients and providers. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to adolescents, young adults, and adults Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with colleagues and psychiatric providers as needed Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with Illinois licensure requirements Qualifications LCPC required Experience with adolescents, college students, and young adults Comfortable treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment approaches Polish and Spanish speaking clinicians strongly encouraged to apply Culture and Perks Immediate transfer of 6-10 established weekly clients Flexible scheduling Hybrid work model Established referral stream PTO available through accrual model Technology stipend/credit Continuing education support Healthcare credit provided until health insurance benefits begin in 2027 Quarterly team outings Additional compensation available for Polish-speaking clinicians Caseload Expectations Typical full-time clinicians maintain 25-30 sessions per week .
