We are opening our first Utah clinic in American Fork and are looking for a licensed clinician to serve as our Clinical Supervisor from day one. This is not a mid-level slot in a large system. You will be the clinical lead of a focused outpatient practice serving adults, individuals, couples, and families — with administrative support, a managed referral pipeline, and billing handled so your time stays on clients and clinicians.

What You'll Do:

Provide individual and group clinical supervision to associate-level therapists Review and co-sign treatment plans, conduct case file reviews Ensure practice compliance with the Utah Mental Health Professional Practice Act Maintain an active caseload of 10-15 sessions per week Support clinician development through mentorship and observation Contribute to referral development and clinic growth

What We're Looking For:

Active Utah license — LCSW or LPC 2+ years post-licensure Outpatient experience Interest in clinical leadership and team collaboration

Compensation:

$75-$100/hour based on experience and licensure.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, flexible hours, no weekends. Primary onsite presence in American Fork with hybrid flexibility.
