Position Overview Self Care Counseling is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to join our Loveland, OH office. This position provides the opportunity to work with a diverse client population while receiving support from an experienced leadership team focused on professional growth, clinical excellence, and long-term success. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about helping others, committed to ethical and high-quality care, and interested in becoming part of a collaborative and supportive team environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and couples counseling services as appropriate Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed Collaborate with internal team members and external referral sources Participate in supervision, staff meetings, training, and professional development activities Maintain compliance with all ethical, legal, and organizational standards Qualifications Required Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field Active OH license including LPCC LISW, LMFT, or equivalent Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to complete documentation in a timely and professional manner Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care Preferred Experience providing outpatient mental health counseling Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families Training in evidence-based treatment approaches Experience utilizing electronic health recordsCompensation & Benefits Compensation:
