Responsibilities Conduct psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for older adolescents and adults. Administer, score, interpret, and write comprehensive psychological assessment reports. Perform ADHD, Autism, learning disorder, and diagnostic clarification evaluations. Provide feedback sessions and treatment recommendations. Offer psychotherapy services based on experience, interest, and availability. Maintain timely and accurate documentation. Collaborate with colleagues and referral sources to support high-quality client care. Preferred Qualifications Licensed Psychologist (LP) or Licensed Psychological Examiner (LPE) in Arkansas, or license eligible. Experience conducting psychological assessments and writing integrated reports. Strong diagnostic interviewing and clinical assessment skills. Experience or interest in working with neurodivergent adolescents and adults. Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming and client-centered care. Ability to work independently. Additional Consideration Given To LCSWs and LPCs with substantial therapy experience. Clinicians with expertise in ADHD, Autism, learning disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, biofeedback, LGBTQIA+ or identity-related concerns.
