Position Summary We are seeking a licensed mental health clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients heal, enjoys clinical autonomy, and values being part of a supportive and collaborative practice. Qualifications Active Wisconsin license as an LMHC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent independent clinical license Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals and families Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using an electronic health record system Collaborate with colleagues and participate in case consultation as needed Deliver ethical, evidence-based, and culturally responsive care What We Offer Competitive fee split of 60-65% of collected session revenue , based on experience, caseload, and overall fit with the practice.
