Clinical/Direct Session Rate:
$45.00 - $65.00 per hour (Paid for all conducted face-to-face, hybrid, and remote telehealth clinical sessions).
Administrative Rate:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour (Paid for documentation, clinical case notes, mandatory team meetings, and training).
Estimated Prorated Annual Gross:
$23,400 - $33,800 (Based on a consistent 10-hour workweek). Actual annual earnings will vary depending on exact weekly hours logged. Benefits & Perks Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF): As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, full-time or part-time clinical hours accumulated with us count toward Federal student loan forgiveness eligibility.
Remote Work Stipend:
A monthly stipend of $40.00 will be provided to offset home internet, phone use, and personal technology utilities required for telehealth sessions.
Paid Sick Leave:
Accrued in accordance with California and City of Oakland labor ordinances (1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked).

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour (Paid for all conducted face-to-face, hybrid, and remote telehealth client sessions).
Administrative & Supervision Rate:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour (Paid for writing clinical case notes, attending required team meetings, and participating in mandatory clinical supervision hours).
Estimated Prorated Annual Gross:
$18,200 - $23,400 (Based on a consistent 10-hour workweek). Actual annual earnings depend entirely on the number of hours worked.
We provide full, board-approved clinical supervision (individual or group) at no cost to you. We will complete all required California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) paperwork to help you log hours toward your independent licensure. Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF): As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, qualifying hours worked with our organization count toward Federal student loan forgiveness tracking.
