Requirements:

Master's Degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, etc Fully licensed in Utah (not limited or certified) e.g. LCSW, CCMHC, LP, etc 1+ years post (full) licensure experience 5+ years of overall counseling experience Tech Savvy Excellent case management skills (including notes and scheduling) Pass a background check Work as a 1099 contractor Have and maintain professional liability insurance
