We utilize advanced electronic health record systems to facilitate seamless communication and keep coherent patient histories at our fingertips. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive mental health assessments addressing psychiatric and medical issues affecting the patient. Design, implement, and monitor integrated treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to meet the distinctive needs of each patient. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to support patient progress based on real-time feedback and emerging evidence. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and nursing staff, to ensure cohesive intervention strategies and effective treatment results. Provide immediate crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stability for the individual. Educate and empower patients by linking mental health care with physical wellness, guiding them to manage their conditions effectively. Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation that adheres to ethical, legal, and organizational standards. Engage in regular team meetings and case reviews, contributing insights to enhance organizational and patient care practices. Stay informed on the latest research and methodologies in integrated mental health care to elevate the quality of services provided. Patient Population / Client Focus Our center serves a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents grappling with various mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to complex situations involving co-occurring medical conditions. Given our integrative approach, you will play a crucial role in fostering improvements in both mental and physical health outcomes for our clients. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Washington. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that nurture trust and connection with patients. Strong adherence to ethical guidelines and the ability to maintain professional boundaries while ensuring patient confidentiality. Preferred Experience While we prioritize licensure, experience working with individuals facing co-occurring medical and mental health issues is strongly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and evidence-based therapeutic approaches is a plus. Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary range of
USD 80,000
to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
