We provide furnished office space, marketing, electronic health record platform, credentialing with Blue Cross Blue Shield and administrative support. We are looking for a 20 to 25 hour per week commitment. An openness to working with couples and evening and/or weekend availability is preferred. The practice is LGBTQ affirming and BIPOC supportive. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and developmental needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Provide therapy sessions focusing on mental health counseling, addiction counseling, and psychopharmacology as needed. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with
DSM5, ICD-9, ICD-10
standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy. Requirements Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Valid licensure as a therapist or counselor in the state of practice. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Strong knowledge of mental health counseling techniques and methodologies. Familiarity with pediatric therapy practices is a plus. Proficient in medical documentation processes, including DSM5, ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Commitment to providing compassionate care and support to all clients.
Pay:
$60.00 - $80.00 per hour
