Flexible working hours (You can craft a schedule that best fits your needs) Autonomy with support Front office support-we help with scheduling, credentialing, billing insurance, collecting money etc. We find clients while you focus on providing excellent service Have your own office that you can decorate to your own tastes or use furnishings we provide.Position requirements:
Fully Licensed in the State of Texas (not associate or intern license) Skilled at building relationships with clients Creating and maintaining treatment plans and completing session notes timely and consistently Willing to credential with insurance Identify schedule and work to build a caseload of a size determined together Participate in Company and individual initiatives to grow and enhance the company and attract clients Hybrid schedule of both in person and remote sessionsResponsibilities:
- Create and maintain a regular schedule of agreed upon hours
- Provide excellent client care, with follow up and connecting with clients.
- Maintain notes and treatment plans.
- Support Company growth through representing the company at a high standard and in a postive fashion at all times.
