The Opportunity We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and authentic Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and Licensed Psychologists to join our growing team. Whether you are looking to build a thriving full-time caseload or maintain a balanced part-time role, we offer a supportive ecosystem. You will have access to a dedicated, peaceful in-person sanctuary space in The Colony as well as secure virtual platform capabilities to serve clients across Texas.
Key Responsibilities Provide Holistic Psychotherapy:
Deliver high-quality individual, couples, or family therapy utilizing integrative, trauma-informed, and attachment-informed frameworks.
Curate Personalized Care Plans:
Partner collaboratively with clients to build tailored wellness goals that respect their unique pacing, preferences, strengths, and background.
Support Nervous System Regulation and Trauma-based Care:
Incorporate a cutting-edge understanding of neuroscience into your clinical work, helping clients discover tangible tools to become centered, grounded, and resilient.
Hold Safe Space:
Cultivate a warm, empathetic, inclusive, and affirming therapeutic environment where clients feel secure enough to explore unconsciously held beliefs and process relational patterns.
Maintain Restorative Clinical Standards:
Complete timely, ethical clinical documentation that reflects high moral integrity and professional excellence. What We Value in

Compensation We offer a competitive, performance-based tiered compensation structure designed to reward full-time commitment while supporting part-time flexibility: Tier 1: 50% / 50% split on collected fees for the first 15 sessions per week. Tier 2: 70% (Therapist) / 30% (Practice) split on collected fees for all sessions above 15 per week.
Practice Cash Pay Rate:
$195
Example:
