We are a thriving naturopathic primary care clinic dedicated to providing holistic and integrative healthcare services. Our team is passionate about offering comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of our patients. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Counselor/Therapist to join our practice and contribute to our mission of promoting whole-person health. We have a new pre-licensed therapist in need of supervision. Supervision will be compensated.Responsibilities:
- Provide individual counseling and therapy sessions to a diverse patient population, addressing a range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and others.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that align with the principles of integrative and naturopathic care.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including our team of naturopathic doctors, to ensure cohesive and holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Participate in case reviews and team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies.
- Supervise pre-licensed therapist.
- Offer educational resources and support to patients on mental health and wellness topics.
- Contribute to the development of mental health programs and initiatives within the clinic.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid licensure to practice as a Mental Health Counselor/Therapist in the state of Vermont.
- Supervisor credentials preferred
- Strong understanding of integrative and holistic approaches to mental health care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload of 10-20 patients per week, with flexibility in scheduling.

Pay:
$40,000.00- $60,000.
