Description Position Overview Optimize Recovery Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for a full-time, remote position within our outpatient facility located in Vancouver, Washington. Our outpatient office in Vancouver, Washington, serves as a hub for client services and multidisciplinary collaboration. The culture promotes ongoing professional growth, inclusivity, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to accurately diagnose co-occurring disorders and establish individualized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based best practices to develop and implement tailored treatment strategies that address addiction-related issues, emotional trauma, and mental health concerns. Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing coping strategies, building resilience, and promoting long-term recovery. Continuously monitor and evaluate each client's progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to accommodate their evolving needs. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists to provide holistic and comprehensive client care. Educate clients and their families about mental health, the recovery process, and strategies for sustaining wellness post-treatment. Maintain meticulous and confidential client records according to established legal and ethical standards. Patient Population / Client Focus The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including those grappling with addiction, trauma survivors, and individuals with various mental health disorders. You will play a crucial role in identifying their unique challenges and empowering them toward recovery through skilled therapeutic methods. Qualifications Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution. Current Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification. Minimum of 3 years of recent, applicable experience in mental health counseling, with a strong emphasis on addiction rehabilitation. Specialized training in evidence-based treatments for addiction and mental health disorders is highly preferred. Preferred Experience In addition to the qualifications listed above, candidates with experience in teletherapy, knowledge of innovative digital health tools, or additional certifications in specialized therapeutic approaches are encouraged to apply. Your ability to utilize various therapy modalities will enhance the client experience and outcomes. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include monthly productivity bonuses, continued professional development, and access to ongoing supervision.
