We believe clinicians do their best work when they have the support, flexibility, resources, and professional environment needed to focus on what matters most: their clients. We are seeking a Licensed Clinician who is passionate about helping others, values collaboration, and wants to grow within a supportive private practice environment. Join our dedicated mental health team as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Marriage/Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families. In this role, you will provide comprehensive behavioral health services, including psychotherapy, trauma-specific interventions, and child & family counseling. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex emotional and psychological challenges, fostering resilience and well-being. We are seeking passionate professionals committed to delivering patient-centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate mental health conditions, behavioral patterns, and treatment needs using clinical documentation and medical records. Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices such as behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and trauma-specific interventions. Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling sessions focused on mental health counseling, marriage & family therapy, and child & youth therapy. Implement diagnostic evaluations to accurately identify mental health disorders and inform case management strategies. Utilize psychotherapy techniques to address a wide range of issues including trauma, behavioral challenges, and emotional disturbances. Maintain HIPAA compliance by ensuring confidentiality and secure handling of all medical documentation and records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, conduct case management activities, and ensure comprehensive treatment delivery across diverse cultural backgrounds. Experience Valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Proven experience in behavioral health settings with expertise in psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment planning. Familiarity with CBT, Systems, trauma-specific interventions, and working with children & families is highly desirable. Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical documentation standards, and medical records management. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds while providing compassionate patient care. Experience in individual Counseling modalities with a focus on mental health counseling and case management activities. This is a hybrid position , providing both in-person and virtual services. The clinician will work with clients ages 4-65+ and may provide individual, couples, and family therapy. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working with a diverse range of presenting concerns and populations.
