Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Hybrid (In-Office & Telehealth) About Us We are a growing outpatient behavioral health clinic committed to providing high-quality, compassionate mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. We are seeking a motivated and organized Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a hybrid role providing both in-office and telehealth services. Position Overview The LPC will provide comprehensive outpatient counseling services, including assessments, treatment planning, crisis planning, and ongoing therapy. This position includes maintaining an active caseload, completing required clinical documentation on-site, and collaborating with our APRN on designated clinic days. This position also includes supervising unlicensed staff. This role is ideal for a clinician who is confident in documentation, organized with billing, and comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Services Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and establish DSM-5 diagnoses Complete and score standardized tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7) Complete

assessments as required Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals Create and update crisis/safety plans Provide individual (and family/group if applicable) therapy Deliver services in-office and via telehealth Provide Referrals Documentation & Billing Complete all clinical documentation within required timeframes Ensure documentation supports medical necessity Submit accurate billing for services rendered Maintain compliance with Medicaid and insurance standards Participate in chart reviews and quality improvement processes Review unlicensed workers documentation Caseload Management and Supervision Maintain and manage an assigned caseload Add new clients as referrals are received Ensure continuity of care and appropriate discharge planning Meet agreed-upon productivity standards Supervising Unlicensed Staff and their caseloads APRN Clinic Day Collaboration Be present in-office on designated APRN clinic days Coordinate care with APRN for shared clients Complete same-day assessments, screenings, and documentation as needed Bill independently for services personally rendered Qualifications Active, unrestricted Louisiana LPC license Master's degree in Counseling or related field Experience in outpatient mental health preferred Experience with EHR systems Strong documentation and time management skills Experience with Medicaid billing preferred What We Offer Flexible hybrid schedule Supportive and collaborative team environment Administrative support Professional growth opportunities Schedule In-office hours required (including APRN clinic days) Telehealth opportunities available Flexible scheduling options
