Job Description
Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Conduct intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop person-centered treatment plans. Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Florida state Medicaid and Medicare and company standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including supervisors and other clinicians, to support client care. Participate in clinical meetings, continuing education, and supervision as required. Support clients with crisis intervention, safety planning, and resource coordination. Uphold ethical standards and comply with Florida licensing and regulatory requirements.
