However, our outpatient office in Galveston serves as the central hub, enabling seamless collaboration with colleagues and facilitating essential meetings. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate clients' mental health and emotional status, utilizing various psychometric tools and clinical techniques. Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments, ensuring that each plan reflects the specific needs and objectives of the client. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy, in individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress through regular follow-ups, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans while maintaining flexibility to meet evolving needs. Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring their safety and facilitating necessary interventions promptly. Maintain accurate, confidential client case files in compliance with local and national ethical standards, including HIPAA regulations, to uphold our commitment to privacy and integrity. Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and community resource representatives to ensure a holistic approach to client care. Stay informed about advancements in mental health treatment and attendance at professional workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and methodologies. Participate in regular supervision meetings with senior staff to reflect on practice, share challenges, and explore opportunities for professional development. Adhere to the ethical guidelines and professional standards established by the relevant licensing boards and organizations throughout your practice. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work primarily with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals facing anxiety and depression to those requiring specialized support for trauma, addiction, and coping with life transitions. Our center values inclusivity and seeks therapists who can connect with clients from various backgrounds and with varying needs. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. Possession of current state licensure as a mental health therapist, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Strong clinical assessment skills are essential, alongside a keen ability to diagnose mental health disorders accurately. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, making it easy to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, along with potential bonus opportunities.
