Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health status, accurately identifying areas of concern. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique challenges and aspirations, using evidence-based practices to inform your approach. Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques that foster engagement, healing, and growth. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a seamless care experience that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients. Provide educational resources and support to clients' families, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the treatment process and promoting a holistic support system. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinic serves a diverse population of clients ranging from adolescents to adults. Qualifications A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
