Job Description
Job Summary E&M Counseling is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and licensed LCPC to join our growing private practice. This is a flexible part-time opportunity for a clinician interested in maintaining a manageable caseload while providing high-quality mental health care. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to clients. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Deliver services in person, via telehealth, or in a hybrid format. Collaborate professionally with the practice team as needed. Experience Active Maryland LCPC license required. Strong clinical and communication skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards. Experience with electronic health records is preferred. Schedule & Compensation Part-time position. Caseload of approximately 6-12 clients. Flexible scheduling. $70 per hour.
