Overview We are looking for a compassionate, independent, and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing practice. This is a W2 position, offering you the ultimate flexibility to build your own schedule while focusing entirely on clinical work. We handle the boring stuff such as: billing, marketing, and credentialing; so you can focus on what you do best: helping clients heal. What You'll Do Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide high-quality individual, couple, group, or family therapy (specialties encouraged!). Maintain timely and accurate electronic clinical documentation (EHR). We use Jane App (Training will be provided). Manage your own caseload and calendar with full autonomy.

Requirements Licensure:

Must hold a current license in Ohio ( LISW, LPCC, LMFT ).

Note:

We are currently accepting associate-level clinicians (LPC, MFT, LSW (Masters Level)) at this time.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of mental health experience preferred (not required).

Tech Savvy:

Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth platforms. Why Join Us?

Clinical Autonomy:

You have full control over your therapeutic approach and niche. Experience Proven experience in mental health counseling within clinical or community settings, including hospital or outpatient environments. Demonstrated expertise in working with children, adolescents, and families dealing with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Familiarity with crisis management protocols, PTSD care strategies, addiction counseling, and working with individuals with disabilities. Strong background in psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral management, and trauma-informed care. Experience conducting intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations using ICD coding systems (ICD-10/ICD-9), and supporting patients through treatment planning processes. Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health services and experience documenting clinical notes in compliance with HIPAA standards.
