We're seeking a fully licensed mental health clinician to provide outpatient psychotherapy in a supportive environment where you can focus on client care while we handle the administrative work. What We Offer W-2 employment Competitive fee split with transparency in billing and reimbursement rates Master's level therapists maintaining an average of 25 client sessions per week could expect to earn approximately $85,000-95,000+ annually , depending on caseload and payer mix. Doctoral level therapists maintaining an average of 25 client sessions per week could expect to earn approximately $105,000-$115,00+ annually , depending on caseload and payer mix. Full administrative support, including billing, scheduling, insurance credentialing, and client referrals Flexibility to provide both in-person and telehealth services Autonomy to create a schedule that fits your professional and personal life Modern, fully furnished office space in Brookfield and Mequon Collaborative and supportive practice culture that respects your clinical judgment and expertise Qualifications Fully licensed in Wisconsin (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist) Experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care Why Join Our Practice?
