We're Hiring:
Fully Licensed Therapists We're looking for clinical professionals who want the freedom of private practice without the isolation or administrative headaches of running a solo business. You control your schedule and clinical approach, while we provide a steady stream of pre-screened clients and full administrative backing. We're looking for clinicians who hold one of the following active, unrestricted New Jersey licenses: LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) Must be eligible for insurance credentialing in NJ (we panel through Headway). Unlicensed associates, interns, and pre-licensed clinicians will not be considered at this time. If you are getting licensed within the coming months, please feel free to reach out. What You'll Do Provide individual psychotherapy in-person and via telehealth. Conduct clinical intakes, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning. Manage your caseload with strong clinical autonomy and minimal micromanagement. Maintain timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation. What We're Looking For Active, unrestricted NJ therapy license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT). Experience providing individual psychotherapy (community mental health, clinic, or private practice settings all welcome!). Comfort managing your own caseload independently. What We Offer $75/hour (W2 Employee status).
