  • You Set Your Own Hours Trinity Counseling and Consulting PLLC is hiring licensed and pre-licensed mental health professionals for telehealth-only therapy services.

We're looking for therapists who are passionate about serving individuals, couples, and families and who thrive in an independent work environment with structured clinical support.
Responsibilities:
Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, or families Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation Maintain timely and accurate clinical records Participate in weekly virtual case consultation meetings Maintain ethical and professional standards aligned with Minnesota licensing requirements

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Licensed in Minnesota (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, or LPC) OR pre-licensed and working toward full licensure Must carry professional liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Strong clinical and organizational skills
