We possess a passion for patient care as demonstrated in our excellence in therapeutic services. Outpatient clinic in Kenosha, WI and Twin Lakes, WI is currently seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor ( LPC, LPC-IT ) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW, APSW ) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist ( LMFT, LMFT-IT ) or Clinical Psychologist to provide excellence in patient care through individual and family therapies. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment. Preference will be given to candidates who offer specific specialties, are credentialed with insurance networks, and have experience working with the military population. The opportunity to work from home as a Virtual Counselor to fully licensed individuals may be offered to those who possess the ability to do maintain clinic policies regarding professionalism, clinical approaches, and ethics virtually. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities:
  • Execute intakes and assessments to obtain key information about patients.
  • Provide psychotherapy interventions based on evidence-based therapies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and team members to discuss treatment interventions, coordinate care, and provide education regarding counseling resources.
  • Evaluate, diagnose & treat individuals, couples, or families to help them identify and understand problems and develop realistic treatment goals.

  • Qualifications and Skills The ideal candidate must have: WI State Licensure as
LPC , LCSW , LMFT
, PhD in Psychology, Psy
D , LPC-IT , APSW
Medicare/Medicaid Certified Provider Minimum 3 years clinical experience Experience evaluating/treating children, teens, adults & older adults Ability to work independently with minimal guidance; yet be a collaborative team member for effective patient care Computer skills - Telehealth Capabilities Patient retention ability, Excellent communication, collaboration skills, work ethic, and passion for patient care
