Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety during acute episodes. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and maintain accurate medical records within EMR/EHR systems. Engage in case management activities, including patient care coordination, follow-up assessments, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams as needed. Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy sessions while adhering to HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines. Participate in clinical projects or data collection efforts aimed at improving mental health services and outcomes. Skills Extensive experience in psychotherapy across diverse settings such as outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, or hospital environments. Experience with motivational interviewing, crisis management, behavior management, and grief counseling techniques. Strong background working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and individuals. Knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health assessments and ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10). Ability to conduct mental health assessments for the creation of treatment plans. Skilled in clinical documentation standards including treatment planning, medical records management, CPT coding for billing purposes, and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Experience working with telehealth therapy platforms while maintaining high-quality patient communication and engagement.
