Responsibilities Conduct thorough mental health assessments and clinical evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, family, and child/youth therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and behavior management techniques. Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety during acute episodes. Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote counseling services while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including social workers, medical professionals, educators, and case managers—to coordinate comprehensive care for clients. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)/Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems in accordance with clinical ethical guidelines. Experience Demonstrated expertise in psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, addiction counseling, grief counseling, and behavior management. Familiarity with ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis documentation and billing purposes. Ability to perform mental health assessments, treatment planning, patient care coordination, and clinical documentation according to industry standards.
