We are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and/or couples psychotherapy. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other members of the treatment team. Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice.

Qualifications:

Active New Jersey license as an LPC or LCSW . Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
