We are currently hiring a part-time therapist with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as caseload and practice needs grow. We are looking for clinicians that would like to work with individuals, couples, and families, particularly working with children, adolescents, and teenagers. Benefits of Working with Us Friendly and collaborative environment Comfortable client lobby and welcoming environment Professional and warm, fully furnished offices Front desk, greeting, reception, and scheduling with clients Bi-weekly pay period Case consultations available Private and equipped break room for employees Established and reputable group practice Established referral network and practice growth opportunities Flexible schedule and opportunities to work in the afternoon and on weekends for telehealth sessions Opportunity to get experience working with diverse group populations Qualifications Applicants must possess one of the following Texas credentials: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC Associate) under supervision Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) under clinical supervision Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFT Associate) Preferred qualifications: Experience with anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, trauma, and family-related issues Experience working with children and adolescents Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Compassionate and Christian-based approaches Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Responsibilities Provide individual counseling services to adults, children, and adolescents.
