Job Description
My name is Mead Goedert and I'm a clinical social worker and psychoanalyst with a small group practice called Working Through Therapy Group. I partner with my wife, Monica Goedert, who is a psychiatric nurse practitioner at her practice called The Inner Piece. We are looking to add another licensed mental health therapist to our team. The position offers in-person and hybrid options. We value top notch clinical care and creating an enriching work environment. I will be hands on with creating meaningful learning and training opportunities for the new clinician through regular and ongoing clinical support and consultation. Along those lines, we are looking for a new team member that is dedicated to the craft of psychotherapy and who is open to working from a psychoanalytic perspective. The ideal clinician is thoughtful, psychologically minded, self-reflective, and committed to ongoing professional growth. Additionally, a large portion of our referrals are people of color so applicants must possess compassion, insight, and sensitivity into the experiences of marginalized groups.
