You will be part of a dynamic virtual team, working with other licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs), licensed professional clinical counselors (LPCCs), and licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFTs). Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality therapy sessions using our secure telehealth platform, ensuring confidentiality and comfort for clients. Create and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, goals, and circumstances. This diverse clientele requires therapists who are adaptable in their approaches and capable of providing culturally competent care. Qualifications A current California license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT, or evidence of eligibility for licensure. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related discipline is preferred. Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural sensitivity in the therapeutic setting. Exceptional skills in building client relationships, particularly in a virtual environment, ensuring that clients feel heard and valued. Preferred Experience A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health counseling role. Experience with teletherapy and knowledge of best practices in remote mental health service delivery.
