Mindwave Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a licensed therapist to join our trauma-informed practice in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role was built with therapists in mind — Mindwave was founded by a therapist who understands the emotional load, documentation demands, referral pressure, and admin overwhelm that come with clinical work. Here, you'll have the structure and support to do meaningful therapy without being micromanaged. No productivity requirements or quotas We're building this practice with growth-oriented clinicians who are looking to establish full, sustainable caseloads. We believe you can get there without the pressure of productivity requirements and quotas. Therapist wellbeing means respecting your clinical capacity — and no one knows what that is better than you do. We don't penalize for "not meeting numbers." This isn't cold calling or data entry. Real flexibility Set your own schedule and work from a fully furnished private office in Little Rock, with the option to include telehealth for Arkansas clients based on demand. Admin support We handle marketing, intake processing/scheduling, billing, insurance requirements, credentialing, and initial client communication. We also make sure that medical records requests are addressed and fulfilled correctly. Steady, aligned referrals We match clients thoughtfully based on your strengths, interests, and specialties, and pause referrals whenever you're full. We're actively credentialed or in process with BCBS, Ambetter, UHC, Aetna, UMR, MHBP, Medicare, and Medicaid, and we're currently seeing especially strong client demand for evening and weekend appointment times. Growth without financial pressure Interested in EMDR? We cover the full cost of training. We also support opportunities to grow in areas like complex trauma, neurodivergence, DBT, CBT, and couples work. Transparent compensation Take-home pay ranges from $70-120 per 53-minute session, depending on payer/reimbursement rate, with weekly direct deposit and no hidden admin fees deducted from your rate. We're especially interested in therapists who are: Licensed in Arkansas as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT Comfortable providing in-person therapy in Little Rock Trauma-informed or excited to deepen trauma-focused clinical work Steady, growth-minded, and clinically curious Able to offer some evening or weekend availability, and interested in building a meaningful, sustainable caseload with strong support behind them This is a 1099 independent contractor role with autonomy, flexibility, and a practice culture designed to help clinicians feel valued and supported. We also provide resources for clinicians who aren't sure about making the jump from a W2 to 1099 role. Minimum Qualifications Active license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT Must be licensed to practice in Arkansas Must be able to provide in-person services in Little Rock Hybrid Schedule Option While most sessions are conducted in-person, you'll have the option to provide telehealth sessions and work specific days or times remotely, anywhere within Arkansas. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans Provide behavioral therapy and mental health counseling using evidence-based treatment modalities Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health
