Responsibilities Provide outpatient individual therapy using evidence-based modalities that align with your clinical strengths. Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain appropriate clinical documentation. Deliver ethical, client-centered care in accordance with South Carolina licensing board standards. Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EHR. Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and community partners as appropriate. Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities. Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when clinically indicated. Contribute to the positive, collaborative culture that makes Thrive a great place to work. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy. Active South Carolina license preferred (LPC or LISW-CP). We will also consider LPC-As or LMSWs who are nearing completion of their associate licensure requirements with minimal supervision time remaining. Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining sound clinical judgment and professional boundaries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable using technology, EHR systems, and telehealth platforms. Commitment to ethical practice, lifelong learning, and professional growth. Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient or private practice settings. Familiarity with insurance documentation and medical necessity requirements. Training or interest in CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, play therapy, trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based approaches. Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, or trauma survivors. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to maintain a consistent caseload.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $94,000.00 per year
