Job Description
Licensed Therapist — Hybrid Private Practice Luna & Sol Counseling PLLC is a growing private practice in The Woodlands, TX, seeking a licensed therapist to join our team in a part-time, contract role. This position is ideal for a clinician who wants the flexibility of private practice while having support with office space, insurance-based referrals, billing workflow through Headway, and a collaborative small-practice environment. This is a hybrid role with the option to provide in-person sessions at our office in The Woodlands and virtual sessions for clients located in Texas. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to clients within your scope of practice Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Communicate professionally with clients regarding scheduling and ongoing care Follow ethical, legal, and HIPAA-compliant standards Coordinate with the practice owner as needed regarding referrals, scheduling availability, and clinical concerns Maintain an active Texas license and professional liability insurance Qualifications Active Texas license as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist Must be eligible to provide therapy services in Texas Professional liability/malpractice insurance NPI and CAQH profile Evening and Weekend Availability is a plus and will be compensated more for Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive practice environment Compensation $55-78 per completed billable clinical session Contract position Flexible schedule Opportunity to grow caseload over time Potential future W-2 pathway with benefits may be discussed if clinician grows into a consistent full-time caseload What We Provide Furnished office space for in-person sessions Hybrid flexibility Website/profile visibility through Luna & Sol Counseling Referral support as available Billing support Supportive small-practice environment Optional clinical consultation/collaboration Schedule This is a flexible part-time contract role.
