We serve a diverse community and are looking for a licensed clinician who shares our values to join a warm, collaborative, culturally-attuned team. About the role As a full-time licensed therapist, you'll carry a clinical caseload in a supportive environment that prioritizes both client outcomes and clinician wellbeing. You'll work alongside a team that values cultural humility, growth, and whole-person care, with administrative and scheduling support so you can focus on your clients. What we offer Base salary of $56,000/year plus a quarterly performance bonus for caseload above target Employer-paid malpractice insurance Free quarterly continuing education (CEUs) hosted in-house A collaborative, mission-driven culture with built-in administrative support Access to our integrative model, including somatic and yoga-informed care Room to grow as the practice expands Hybrid working model (office space for in person sessions or virtual sessions based on client preference) What we're looking for Active, unrestricted Texas license (LPC or LCSW) Strong clinical judgment and sound, ethical practice (ACA/APA/BHEC standards) Cultural humility and skill serving clients across diverse identities and backgrounds Openness to whole-person, integrative, and somatic approaches to care A collaborative, coachable spirit and genuine care for client outcomes Experience with our client populations is a plus (e.g., emerging adults, maternal/postpartum, grief, identity, LGBTQ+, adolescents) Clinicians wanting to provide in person and virtual sessions Our commitment The Balancing Place is an equal opportunity employer.
