Minimum 10+ years Roles & Responsibilities
  • Ability to develop frameworks for solving a range of complex problems. Can foresee future problems and define resolutions/new opportunities
  • Ability to collaborate with cross business/technology stakeholders. Focuses on how to improve the collaboration capabilities of others.
  • Identifies risk/dependencies and quantifies the impact it has on the business/technology and what controls are to be used to resolve
  • Ability to track program and multiple value stream variances in order to ensure work aligns with program objectives
  • Understands the roles and responsibilities of other teams who participate in the lifecycle and engages as required
  • Ability to identify business/technical opportunities (product innovation, cost reduction, process improvement)
  • Ability to sets agendas and define artifacts needed for governance forums. And effectively collect feedback from customers and stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of work
  • Awareness of architecture and design. Ability to comply with bank standards for information security and business architectures
  • Understands and can comply with design, brand and accessibility standards
  • Knowledge of software development / SDLC
  • General awareness and understanding of Bank testing practices
  • Knowledge of automation and continuous delivery practices.
  • Knowledge of data management practices and technologies Aligning to AI TFG priorities, the role enables DevEx AI learning adoption by delivering hands-on training, improving GHCP feature usage, and increasing developer productivity with clear stakeholder accountability.
It ensures a stable, high-quality Academy TFG Portal through proactive support, defect management, and continuous testing—minimizing disruption and elevating user experience. The role also drives global collaboration and operational excellence by enhancing tools, processes, reporting, and communications across India and onshore teams, with defined ownership, measurable adoption targets, and regular performance transparency for all stakeholders. Salary Range- $95,000-$120,000 a year
